About Julia Rogers Hamrick

Julia Rogers Hamrick, author of Recreating Eden: The exquisitely simple, divinely ordained plan for transforming your life and your planet, has been a spiritual-growth facilitator since the early 1980s when she experienced a radical spiritual awakening and remarkable physical healing as a result of turning her life over to Spirit in response to a health crisis.

The recognition that she was to share her spiritual insights with the world was ignited when, very soon thereafter, she was invited to share her understandings about the relationship of Spirit, attitude, and healing with a class of medical students from University Hospital of Zurich in Zurich, Switzerland. The response of the students to her healing story, and her insights about it, was so enthusiastic and energizing, she knew that her path was tied to using her natural talent for teaching to help people grow in spiritual understanding.

After having been a visual arts instructor in both public and private schools at the onset of her teaching career, she left the formal world of teaching in 1983 and began designing and facilitating spiritual-growth experiences featuring such diverse topics as recovering creativity, reclaiming self-esteem, the spiritual aspects of nutrition, inner-child healing, sound healing using the human voice, and aromatherapy techniques for raising vibrational frequency.

A right-place-at-the-right-time situation in 1985 launched an additional career as an advertising copywriter in what she refers to as “an example of the perfect economy of Spirit,” providing a multitude of paid opportunities over the next 16 years to polish her writing skills in preparation for creating concise and potent articles and books, while continuing to develop as a spiritual teacher and intuitive counselor.

Recreating Eden, Julia’s paradigm-shifting book, was released in 2004, and has provided the foundation for her teaching since then. Her current teaching focus is on personal and global transformation through raising vibrational frequency, and her talks and workshops are designed around providing the tools for changing human experience through vibrational management. With her constantly evolving perception, there is always something new Julia wants to share, and often introduces her newest insights during her popular monthly free teleseminar series. She is known for her lively, engaging teaching style and her ability to deliver complex concepts in a manner that makes them easy to understand and assimilate.

Julia is a native of North Carolina, currently living in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, Rick, and their two dachshunds. She is working on a number of writing projects and provides spiritual guidance via several online communities as well as through personal appointments.
